Elaine invested a lot of time at the start of our working relationship simply asking questions about Kempinski’s business - luxury hospitality, so she could really understand our needs. As a result the copy she writes for us is on-brand first time, which saves us time.

Elaine has brought a coherence to the tone of voice in several Kempinski documents, adapting this according to the audience.  She has made the process of producing documents with varying content sources a lot smoother.

Elaine takes content that’s been translated from another language and ensures the meaning is also correctly translated. And she does this while also being culturally sensitive – which is important as our group operates in 30 countries today.
